In summary, on 10/19/15 at 0123 hours Ofc. E. Babzcak #293 and I responded to 5910 W. Cermak Rd. in regards to a Disturbance. Ofc. J. Uribe #233, M. Soto #216 and L. Rizzi #247 were on the scene. Upon arrival, I was approached by a male Hispanic, who identified himself as (Mendoza, Mario DOB 02/17/70), at which time he was checked through L.E.A.D.S. via dispatch which revealed no record. Mendoza had signs of consumption of an alcoholic beverage. He had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage, glassy eyes, and erratic behavior (mood swings). Mendoza related that he ate some spicy food inside of Los Comales and began to argue with one of the waitresses. Mendoza further related he paid for his food and left the restaurant.
