Distracted driving is caused by numerous things and insurers are tired of one particular problem. Texting and driving has become one of the number one reasons for car accidents and deaths. If people keep this bad habit going, it’s not only an annoyance on the road, but it will also be a nuisance to your wallet. Car insurance rates are rising because people keep texting and driving.
