Driving is an everyday routine. Many people rely on vehicles whether if it’s going to and from school and work or vice versa. Driving may be beneficial at certain circumstances such as you have a reliable transportation, however, driving can also detrimental in that, driving can cause you to crash, and be involved in an accident. The causes of road accidents are: distracted drivers, speeding, and driving under the influence. The main cause of road accidents is distracted drivers. Using technology devices while driving is very dangerous. Technological devices such as cellphone contribute to road accidents because it distracts the driver’s attention from the road, and upcoming traffic, which eventually can cause a car accident. Speeding occurs when the driver ignores the speed limit, and accelerates fast at dangerous speeds. Going past the speed limit is a crime and you can get a ticket. The consequence of speeding is that, when speeding, the faster you are going, the more time your automobile will require to do a complete full stop in case of an emergency.
