In 2015, 2,333 teens from 16-19 years of age were killed by motor vehicle crashes.Distracted driving is a really big issue in america and is one of the leading causes of death. Ihad no idea that that amount of teens have died from car crashes, but i'm not surprised. Drivingwhile texting is on of the many ways someone can be distracted while driving.Texting while driving is especially bad because it involves all of the 3 main types ofdistractions. The 3 main types of distractions are, taking your eyes off the road, taking yourhands off of the wheel, and taking your attention away from driving. Texting is one of the leadingcauses of car accidents. which mostly involve teens because of their addiction to their phones,and social media.I am impressed
