Distance Dye Move Over Time
2-Measurements distance were done by classmates and me from the leading edge of the well to also the leading edge of the dye band. This experiment was done by using methylene blue. Furthermore, we measured distance of the bands that traveled toward the positive or negative pole by using potassium permanganate. We realized that Dyes moved to the positive electrode was the ones that absorbed potassium permanganate because the distance was increasing as the time did so as well. However, the distance of the dyes that absorbed methylene blue decreased at the time was increasing. This happened when the dyes get negatively charged and the ones with positive electrode attract. We think this process
