Football players in the NFL are kneeling during the national anthem protesting racial inequality. Which isn’t going to help the cause. NFL Protest The most recent major sports league uproar has been the protests during our National Anthem. NFL players across every team have been kneeling, linking arms, or even just staying in the locker room. President Donald Trump spoke out about the situation on Twitter saying that the players should be suspended or fired for “disrespecting” our country. One of the points made by Trump was his approval of the players that were locking arms and complete disappointment by those who chose to kneel or stay in the locker room. I personally believe that it is your choice to kneel, lock arms, or stay in the locker room.…

Lewis believes that coaches are going back to old methods of coaching which includes harsh behavior from the coaches towards the kids.…
While many believe kneeling the anthem is a great place to protest, kneeling during the anthem is disrespectful to the people that have served our country, since there are other ways to protest and there is another proper time to do it. Though kneelers believe that kneeling during the anthem is proper and not disrespectful because no one is getting physically hurt and this a great time for the football players to use their persuasion powers. These reasons are wrong because the football players shouldn’t use their persuasion for these reasons and get into these topics. Football players shouldn’t be able to make decisions for citizens and convincing other people that disrespecting the flag is good.…
