Biological Theory Nature Vs Nurture

There are several theories that might fit into the biological perspective. The five most distinct would be Nature vs. nurture, developmental milestones, hormones and puberty. These hormones tended to make me very emotional and sensitive. This is described by PBSKids.org as, “Your body is changing quickly, and you feel weird about it…You might feel extra-sensitive to criticism, or teasing, or just about everything. Little things might set you off. You might think that nobody understands you.” This definition sums up exactly how I felt. The littlest comment, could be preserved to me, as a critic. For example, one time a girl made a comment about my weight. Before the hormones had initiated themselves, I always made jokes about my weight and did not really care, however this time it made me very sad.
