On November 3, 2016 at approximately 2221 hours, East Orlando Officers responded to a (51D) Disorderly Patient in ED, at the Special Care Unit, room #40. Upon arrival Security Officers Ariel Weiland, Omar Alonso, James Johnson and Steven Evans were informed by Nurse Corrine Caswell that, patient Alex Feliciano (DOB: 05/07/88 – Fin #86404904) was confused and kept getting out of his room and wanting to leave. Security explained to him that, he could not leave at this time until evaluated by a Doctor. At 2230 hours patient Feliciano was seen by an ED Physician and was placed under Baker Act order.
