64). This statement is so meaningful that somehow reflects the importance of planning in every situation. Planning is the very first step in a process, a vital function in management, and a foundation to promote one business to achieve the goal with high efficiency. Again, every manager needs to set up plans, including backup ones, because planning shows a significant operational direction for future, decreases the influence of some external social factors, prevents from wasting the labor resources, and creates important standards to compare when everything is done. Those who do not have a habit of making plan before getting started will probably not succeed in their business and easily feel disappointed since they have no idea for what they should do next. Luke 14:28-32 and 1 Corinthians 16:9 are good examples for long-term planning. In Luke 14:28-32, it talks about two different situations, building a tower and a king going to war, in which long-term planning is really important to decide what to do next. From these results we can see that long term planning allows for an overall view of the situation and the ability to successfully prepare for short-term circumstances. Matthew 20:23, Matthew 25:34, Luke 12:47, Timothy 6:18, 1 Peter 3:15, and 1 Peter 5:2-3 are other examples for short-term planning. Some of them are about what has already been planned by God, what He is commanding them to immediately do, or what will happen in near future… As Christians, we always believe that God has already had plans for everything in life, which can help Him come up with the best decision when starting doing anything. That is why we never lose hope and faith in Him, just because He is so good that we can idolize Him in the rest of life without any
