"Discussion about lowering the voting age distract us from the real problem." The voting age should stay at the age of 18 because they have more responsibility then 16 year olds do. Yes, the percentage of votes will got up, but why lower the voting age to 16.
I believe that if they were to lower the voting age it would be a mistake. the reasoning I believe that is, because younger voters don't care who they vote for. Lowering the voting age wouldn't help the percentage of votes. I also believe that lowering the voting age wouldn't make the percentage go up any higher then it all ready is.
"Most younger voters do not bother to vote at all." Some young people don't like to vote, I know I personly don't like to vote. I believe it's a waste of
