1) What is your definition of health?

Considering the seven dimensions, health to me is an informal scale that most people are able to understand without any struggle. This scale goes from low health to high health. For example, a person with low health has his seven dimensions of health unbalanced.

2) Are all of the 7 dimensions of health equal value to you at this time in your life?

No, Occupational health is right now not important The reason being because it deals with career and its development, and that stage has yet to be reached. The rest of the 6 deals with the life stage I am in right now, and thus those are important only.
