Community based services for people with mental health, are dived between professionals such as psychiatrists, mental health nurses (CMHN) or community based teams (CMHT). They are a service that provides care and support whilst living in the community to help manage the person’s mental health conditions. Mental health is generally divided in to two areas of care. The first is the health care of the individual that manages the mental and physical health of the person’s individual needs, such as treatments, medication, support, cognitive behaviour treatments.
