Theory and application”, written by Marquis and Huston, the definition of a transformational leader is a person who sees a vision, inspires others to create, and provides intellectual stimulation on a floor. The definition of a situational leader is someone who adapts to the environment; there is no “cookie-cutter” trait because the person is constantly (Marquis, Huston, 2015).
