I don’t understand why its okay for men to sleep around with other individuals and it be “cool” but if a woman does it they’re shamed and called “sluts” “whore” and more. Society teaches everyone to judge based on sex and sexuality which is wrong. No person should be judge by what they do because its no one’s business but that person’s. Woman are always judged by their actions either if its good or bad. Woman tend to take high offense to what people say and how society sees them. In todays society we have so many double standards but at the end of the day its always the woman that will look bad. Woman should be viewed more than just objects, woman are a very important part of the world and would be nothing without them. Society should really be ashamed by how they perceive woman. There have been numerous opportunities for lawmakers to strengthen the Equal Pay Act and ensure every employer is following it. Discrimination due to gendered stereotypes focuses on how perceived sex differences can prevent women from being viewed as leaders. In order to overcome this conflict, it would seem women have to act more like men. If women act like men, they are not liked because it violates gendered stereotypes of what women should act like.…

Many businesses find family and pregnancies a problem for women because they assume that women will put family before work and divert their attention from their duties at work to their duties at home. Appearances affect women much more in the hiring process. A more attractive woman could get hired over a woman with better qualification if the employer thinks that she might be able to bring in more sales. In the same moment, a more attractive woman may not be hired because of the fear of sexual harassment in the workplace because the number of males greatly exceeds the number of females. Physical ability is also a big part of women inequality in…
