Many people face many different types of discrimination and harshness due to their religion. Anne Frank was a Jewish teenager who her and her family went into hiding during the Holocaust. Anne Frank and her entire family hid from the stereotypes and labels of the outside world for two long years, but they were found and taken to concentration camps. Anne died at the hand of Nazis in a concentration camp. According to biography.com “Anne Frank was just 15 years old at the time of her death, one of more than 1 million Jewish children who died in the Holocaust.” This evidence shows that even children were being labeled based on their religion, and these children were harmed and miss treated horrifically. Anne Frank was given a journal from her parents where she went on to write about their time in hiding, and the loneliness of never being able to be apart of the outside world.
