Insurance adjusters portray an important role in the ever changing world of the automobile industry, as well as the many different other types of situations involving accidents. As more and more individuals venture out onto the public roadways, the unpredictability of the weather, and other general mishaps, the probability for accidents escalates. With that being said, insurance adjusters are steadily busy getting everybody back in their vehicles. Insurance adjusters assess claims that individuals file on their insurance. They make the determination whether an insurance company is obligated to pay the claim and if so, the amount that must be paid out (Bureau of Labor Statistics, n.d.). Insurance adjusters examine damage to property or personal injury claims to ascertain how much the insurance company must pay for the loss. Women in the workforce, especially in the insurance industry, have long yearned for notoriety for their efforts. …show more content…
