While organizations such as the NAACP, the Divine Nine, the United Farm Workers group and many others have fought for the right for equality in the workplace, profiling and discrimination still exists, is still practiced and has always been and always will be morally wrong (Orleck). The ability to practice any religion is something so valuable and to be able to hold your specific faith as your watch ward and guide is something almost indescribable.
