Nowadays, one of our big problems is gender issue. The inclusion of equality between women and men in the framework of the application of public policies and programs of cooperation is essential to the achievement of the development country, So that kind of sexual problem relating to each of this goal, because women are more than half the world's population, who are often victims of social and economic discrimination. Our country should sppourt womens by every way is possible to make bightful future. We have in our cultur a famouse quotation says “ the mother is a school if you prepared her, you preparing a good nation”. It is a major issue, which is deeply embedded, in traditional cultural settings in most of the world, and it is considered as a major constraint towards the development …show more content…
Our society or any country should not discriminate between men and women on the basis of gender. However, gender equality emphasis that natural or biological difference between men and women will not lead to a change or difference in status and rights in all fields of life or effect any field. Gender issue is the consequence of continual inequality between men and women in all field of life so why this discrimination against women and it showed itself in different workforce, customs and traditions, marriage and divorce, and education.

When it comes to workforce it is the first discrimination in my opinion. Huge, big, and remarkable discrimination between man and women it is unfair in the workforce. For example last course I was doing a prisentation of inquality between women and man in Qatar and I was surprise of what I found. All my life I was thinking that my county don’t have discrimination between man and women and we are so development in this case particular cause I know that
