Public service worker play a big part in our community , with that it can sometimes be dangerous to be a public service work. A public service worker for example is a police officer , a teacher , firefighter , and ext. What if some of these public service worker went on strike, should or should they not go on strike. In my opinion they should not go on strike.
People rely on public service worker for several thing , one of those thing being danger. If public service worker went on strike and somebody was in danger , what would of happen and who would have stopped it ? What if somebody was in a fire , there would have been nobody to stop fire. If your lose your job that means no money , if you have no money you lose a lot of thing . For example , a house because you need money to pay the bills , that means you have non house that means you have nowhere to stay so your are homeless . According to the passage , it state that “ workers participating in a strike run the risk of losing their jobs if their employer decides to hire replacement workers.”
In some circumstance , I can see where they feel that it is right to vote. If the job is dangerous , you are not getting paid right , or overtime is a very good reason why public service workers should go on strike , But in other ways , if they go on strike they and something happen , like a fire in a hospital , that can be a bunch of people lives about to end.
