Every day starts a new goal for college whether it is a grade, a relationship, or homework. Some college students are very smart and get good grades. Other college students are not as blessed and struggle in some circumstances. They have to eventually put more work in than others to succeed. In today’s society, many students think it is okay to miss a college class. A student should never be alright with missing a class. It is like missing a job. It is also disrespectful to your instructor. College is a very serious commitment if someone wants to be successful. Grades can either make a student’s career or break what it wants to become. Students will start studying more instead of partying. They will focus more on reading rather than playing video games. They will encourage their friends to study more and more. It’s a person is being born all over again. They have new thoughts, goals, and accomplishments. They will have a whole new mental process. It’s like when a young boy tries a piece of chocolate for the first time. At first, they think that they won’t like the chocolate, but when they take the first bite, their taste buds explode. They want to have more and more of the chocolate. Grades will help a student later on in life. When a manager is looking to hire someone, that degree will tell everything.
