First and foremost, the advantages of flexible working is more times with their children. This is because using long times work at outside is hard to meet their family. Although office distractions are avoided are avoided by working at home, different distractions may arise. The interruptions will come from children, work, neighbour, friends, family and other. Because their maybe will disruptive and special efforts must be made to make it known that you are actually working and unavailable for interruption within work hours despite your physical presence at home.
Thirdly, the disadvantages of flexible working is difficulty in separating home from work. It can be a temptation to engage household because they can often stay at home. They can oblige to clean home, do shopping, childcare and cooking. Home finances and socializing all while meeting the full requirements of the job. To avoid areas suffering, it is essential to draw a line between home and work.
Fourthly, the disadvantages of flexible working is additional expenses. Although working at home people can save commuting cost but we will increase the cost with normally cover by employer like utility bill. We will use more water and electric at home.
