As a Contract Manager for a Disability Employment Service Provider, an example of when I have analysed a complex issue is an investigation I undertook on a Disability Employment Service Provider. It was alleged by an ex-employee of the provider that participants were only commenced once a suitable employment position was found. This delay in commencing partipants could potentially affect the star ratings of the provider which has a direct impact on their business performance. I referred to the Disability Employment Services Deed, and it is a requirement that participants are commenced within 5 days of referral.
