• Designed and lead research and accountability monitoring activities on disability care allowances;
• Collected and maintained proper information from vulnerable social welfare beneficiaries with disability or mental health problems, by using assessments, documentation and reports in a well-organised manner to support analyses of care provision and delivery and making a further care plan for service users;
• Prepared well-researched information in partnership with other members of Commission such as psychologist, defectologist, social worker to support a cash benefit system delivery for those in need, based on Social Protection Law.
