Throughout my years of riding and racing dirtbikes throughout the great throughout the United states as sweat is pouring from every inch of my body with muscles so fatigued that there seems to be a disconnect from my mind. This usually comes from an individual that has not experienced the effects of the mental and physical duress during racing. For decades motocross riders have been pushing the limits of a human body to perfect the art of riding, yet this notion of riding at the level is easy and anyone can do it. If it is so easy then why is there no overweight professional rider? We ignore the scientific studies that now dictate the training regimen has been utilized in other major sports like NFL. Riding dirtbikes is one of the most rewarding activities, not only are you continually improving your health, it teaches core life lessons and improves your mental skills.
