For my project, personnel direct cost include the primary investigator, IT specialist, statistical advisor and project manager. Personnel budget with be a combination of their salary, time spent on the project, and fringe rate. Non-personnel direct cost consist of equipment and materials such as software, paper, pencils and pens, staples, tape, thumb drives, postage stamps and envelops. Last, there will a consortium cost with the sleep specialist, who the project will be collaborating with to better analyze data collected
What are the indirect costs?

Personnel:
1. Primary Investigator: Responsible for developing the computer application, survey and interview questions, the Primary Investigator will also visit EMS stations, conduct interviews and hand out surveys. He or she will be the primary point on contract for all participants in the study, collaborators, funding agencies, and team members. The Primary investigator will spend 100% of their time during the project, for a total of 12 months.
2. IT Specialist: He or She is responsible for developing the computer program that will be placed into all station Toughbook’s and computers. He or she will be in charge making sure all wireless connections are working, in the fields and in stations. The IT Specialist will be spend 100% of their time on the project, for a total of 12 months.
3. Statistical Advisor: He or she responsible for pulling data from the computer program, surveys, and interviews. He or she will oversee the analysis process to make sure all calculations are accurate. The Statistical Advisor will be spending about 50% of their time during the project, for a total of 6
