A lot of students believe that if they have some kind of experience with direct patient care in a facility as a CNA, then they will do a lot better in nursing program and in actual nursing care when they become a nurse. Every time someone gives me an advice about nursing, that one information that I always end up hearing. Since both CNAs and nurses work in a health-care field, it sounds like what the students are saying is true. However, that may not always be correct because there are some critical differences between direct care and nursing care that everyone should know.
