Direct Care Staffing Contract Case Study

Decent Essays
Just a couple questions about the direct care staffing contract.

1.) Some nurses are extended past the contract end date. Will we have to let them go if their company does not bid on new contract?

2.) Should I start only allowing extension to go through the contract end date?

3.) Will all ADOs need to be closes and new ADOs opened once the new contract comes in to place?

Any help with the questions will be appreciated.
