Dip Wizard's Kit

In this week’s reflection video, I, learned about the weapon printing design done by the process of hydro-graphics. In the video a rifle stock is used with a Dip Wizard hydrographic kit to add a camouflage pattern. The Dip Wizard’s Kit just like other hydrographic kits uses a technique of applying a printed pattern such as; camouflage or any other pattern to a 3-dimensional object. This process goes by the terms; hydro-graphics, hydro-dipping, image transferring, immersion and water print transferring. When conducting the hydro-graphics process, the Gunsmith must have either a long dipping container or use tape on one side while the other side is being immersed.
