On 06/29/16, I (Investigator Reyer) was working off duty at Dillard’s Park Plaza. The camera room alerted me that two young black females entered the east store with several bags. The females then went into the polo area and started picking clothes up and looking around. After several minutes they walked behind a clothes stand and stood there. Then they walked up stairs to the top floor (Jr’s). Dep. Smith and I looked in the area they were and found several tags lying on the floor. Dep. Smith went upstairs and stopped the girls. They stated that they left the clothes in the area. They were asked to show us where they put the clothes. We went back to the area and they pointed out clothes stuffed under the other clothes.
