1. I am an Investigator in the Diligent Search Unit (DSU), Child & Family Services Agency, 200 I Street SE, Washington, D.C. 20003. I am over 18 years of age.

2. The diligent search unit became involved with this case in February 2013. Our unit conducted to conduct surveillance of 5814 Clay Street NE, Washington, DC. The surveillance schedule was every day between the hours of 7 am- 10 pm. During the course of this surveillance the biological father, Gerald Henneghan observed Larry Mickens following him on foot. Henneghan. I conducted area canvasses of the house on Clay Street at various times of the day and night at least four times a week. I conducted a brief area canvass the Manassas, Virginia area for Motel 6 in the area with negative results. Upon approaching people in the area people stated they were not familiar and did not want to identify themselves.

4. Throughout the month of November 2013, SW Nathaniel Currie remained in close contact with the NCMEC to get new fliers and have them posted in effective areas. The areas were Manassas, Virginia and Northeastern Washington, DC surrounding Clay Street. I continued to monitor the Facebook to determine if there was any new activity and monitor Clay Street watching to see when the mail was being picked up and if there were any differences in outside appearance of the house or gate. The mail was picked up frequently and there were no obvious changes. I also made attempts to communicate with Godfrey Henneghan who seemed to have shut down
