Digitalmax Case Study

Entering year 13, the business strategy for DigitalMax will be the same as the strategy used in year 12, which was to sell a lower grade AC camera to compete with other companies that cornered the market of low-end camera sales and produce and sell a UAV drone with the highest quality possible to target government agencies and other customers that desire a high quality product. This strategy has paid off well for our company and has enabled us to increase market share in all four markets for the last two years. This upcoming year, we made minor changes to the AC camera workforce compensation, UAV drone workforce compensation, UAV drone assembly facility, AC camera market segment, UAV drone market segment, and finance and cash flow area.
