Lynda Haas agree that digital tools can improve writing and they are superb effective for writing. She has been involved in the writing program at the University of California for 10 years. She is responsible for teaching first-year writing and she training the first-year student for composition. She claimed, “ Increasingly, part of that experience is learning to use technology as a fountain for the writing process”(Lynda, sec.2). She is trying to say that technology is helpful for writing process and improves people’s writing. She is experienced with technology since all her writing class is performed digital and experiment with digital literacy. She teaching a class which students brings their technology such as laptop to class and they use their technology to put their homework online so students can provide feedback to improve their …show more content…
By using digital tools she can see if the student is reading books when they are supposed to and give a quiz to students to prove that they actually did read the books. Digital tools help simplifies the process of writing and help the improvement of higher education. She explains that digital tools help her to have detail reports of what student need to improve on and digital tools help the student to improve their writing by using online tools which teacher can give feedback. Her tone is, “If you are excited and enthusiastic, and thus focus on the benefits of using technology, your students will be excited as well”(Lynda, sec.12). Her tone is she is enthusiastic about digital tools and writing. Her purpose of this article is to make an argument that digital tools are wonderful tools to help students to improve their writing also digital tools can help teachers to teach student English language effective.
