Digital technologies and the global Web structure have experienced a boost during last decade. Social networks remained at the front line of that rapid advancement, which actually makes their impact on our social life, business and leisure activities quite significant. Facebook has a effect on teens far more than anyone, It has a positive and negative influence on teens. This influence appears to be different for different social groups, especially if we divide people using social networks by age. A number of teenagers actively using Facebook, MySpace and other networks were surveyed, with a similar conclusion that active usage of social networks leads to more explicit content being viewed by teens. However, results for Facebook users appeared to be better than for other social networks. 'Facebook-only users had higher grades, spoke more English at home and were more likely to have a higher socio-economic status ' (qtd. in Innes). This effect may have been caused by advanced policies of content moderation which are adopted on
