Digital Presence Reflection I feel like social media helps up in one way to communicate with each other. It doesn’t help us because people say rude and mean things online. I personally use Snapchat and Instagram the most. I use these apps to talk to friends and to look at what my friends are doing. These apps can be private if you want them to be. On Snapchat I only add people that I know. On Instagram I have a private account and only add the people that I know. I see other peers adding people they don’t know just to get followers. Taking inappropriate photos is another thing that might reflect poorly on peers. Tell them to only add people that they know. Limit their time spent online. Also make sure that they would want their parents seeing …show more content…
One of them was my friend because she was yelling at me through text and telling me that I was disgusting and pretty much bulling me. So I blocked her because I didn’t want to deal with that and I told her I was going to block her. The benefit of social media would be the unfollow button and the block button because you have a choice to do that if you don’t like what they are saying or what they are posting. I monitor my time online by an app. I got one for myself because I don’t want to be on my phone as much. Taking pictures without someone’s approval and posting it would make them upset so make sure before you post anything that you have the okay to do so. I would post anything that my mom would want to see if she doesn’t like it then I wouldn’t post it. I would recommend being nice to every one online because you can’t erase it. Another thing that would be a must do is ask parents if you can get that app and if you can’t don’t sneak behind
