Digital Allusions is commitment to supplying consumers with quality digital cameras that will allow you to capture endless memories that will last a lifetime. In order to make this company successful in that area we must and will continue look at different approaches that will ensure the successful of our company’s goals. The same strategic goals of being the clear leader in market share in entry-level cameras and maintain or slightly grow market share in multi-featured cameras exist for year 7.

Based on competitive pressures in the entry –level market, the LCD display size was increased to be above the average compared to last year while the lens quality was slightly decreased to remain consistent with the industry average. Research and Design funding was also increased to improve the camera and increase productivity in future years. Multi-featured cameras also received design changes with an improvement in
LCD display and a change in lens quality to be more in line with the average for the industry. Similar to entry-level, research and design funding was also increased to improve the camera and increase productivity in future years. These changes, coupled with changes in marketing will result in revenue and market share growth. Corporate citizenship changed slightly we increased the energy efficiency donation to $4000 and opted out of the Green Initiate program for decision 7.
In compensation and labor, the intent for year seven has been to take a different approach. We have opt to minimize outsourcing and rely on overtime and focused on this heavily in the 3rd quarter. The costs of outsourcing have an additional $25 dollars per assembly plus the assembly cost, we feel
