Methamphetamine is an enantiomeric molecule despite most commonly known as the strong central nervous system stimulant. As an enantiomer, methamphetamine has two isomers – levomethamphetamine and dextromethamphetamine and possess the same properties. This poses a challenge to differentiate between the enantiomers of methamphetamine.
