Has one ever wandered what all the different types of mental disorders are and how one can acquire them? If you have you are in luck in this paper we will discuss three separate disorders. A mental disorder is something that affects moods, the way one thinks, and ones behaviors (“Mental Illness”). If one does have a mental disorder they more than likely will not get better with out help. It will only get worse (“Mental Illness”). Mental Illness says some symptoms of disorders are,
“ Feeling sad or down, confused thinking or reduced ability to concentrate, excessive fears or worries, or extreme feelings of guilt, extreme mood changes of highs and lows, withdrawl from friends and activities, significant tiredness, low energy or problems sleeping, detachment from reality, paranoia or hallucinations, inability to cope with daily problems or stress, trouble understanding and relating to situations and to people, alcohol or drub abuse, major changes in eating habits, sex drive changes, excessive anger, hostility or violence, and suicidal thinking” (“Mental Illness). Some causes of mental disorders are genetics, what one was exposed to before birth, and one’s brain chemistry (“Mental Illness”). First off we will talk about bipolar disorder. It is an extremely severe mental illness in which people go through abnormal mood swings (“Mental Disorders: Medline Plus”).
