Introduction: A cell phone is a technical object that uses cellular network to call, talk, and text someone. A cell phone can be taken anywhere. This object is a portable and chargeable device. There are many different types of cell phones, and they have drastically changed in the last decade. There are “regular” cell phones used to just call and text, and then there are smart phones. Smart phones are the number one selling phone in the world. You can call, text, email, take pictures, have a GPS, talk to your phone, play games, have apps, use the internet, and so many more options. There are many different brands, Apple and Samsung being number one. Cell phones are just about the number one technical object used in the world. Kids even …show more content…
That is a smart phone, and there are different types. I will be speaking about the apple smart phone called the I Phone. These phones are more complex, and there are different types of I Phones. They go from the first I Phone to the now I Phone 6. I will be speaking about the I phone 6. You can do more than you could ever imagine on this phone. You can call, text, email, take pictures and videos, use a GPS, use the internet, install apps, play games, listen to music, use the latest social media, check your bank account, set reminders, and so many more. The I phone does not flip. It is a flat and straight phone. The phone is a touch screen device and has the volume button on the side along with the lock button. The lock button locks your phone where you can set a passcode so no one but you can get into your phone. The lock button if held down long enough also turns the phone off. On the front of the phone is a “home” button and you can press it at any time to return back to your home screen. This phone also uses cellular service. However, if you have wifi you are able to still text someone if they have an I Phone as well. It also uses storage and if you run out you will have to buy more. That also goes for the internet service. If you go over your internet you will have to pay for more. There is also an option on the phone to FaceTime. Which is a video chat with another person. This is a technical device and depending how much you use your phone is what phone you will decided to buy. The buyer needs to be aware of over use of the object could make it get to hot, over charging could make it mess up, and there have been “warning” issues of cell phones causing cancer. Just be careful with the objects. Other than that cell phones are perfect and keep you in touch when you are far apart. You can call, text, send images to long distance people, and stay in touch. Cell phones are only getting better as the years go
