The situational leadership theory usually used for developing & training the leaders, as it’s easy to concept an idea or task, as well it’s easy to stratify. There are a set of strengths & weaknesses for situational theory, as follow:

3- Confirm the flexibility of the leader.
4- A well-known model in most of the firms. 1- Have no demographic variations.
