The same author, emphasized that leadership happens in a group of people, where the people are the situation in which the leadership will happen. Moreover, the leadership takes part in influencing the group of people who have a common goal or target. As well, it’s contain the concern & important to achieving the goals and targets. From this point, having different models of leadership is essential, in order to deal with different situations, figure the strengths & weaknesses, and lead the people to achieve their common goal successfully.
