(Peter, 2006, pp. 3) defined that leadership is the procedures where the individual influences a number of people to obtain a desired goal. The same author, emphasized that leadership happens in a group of people, where the people are the situation in which the leadership will happen. Moreover, the leadership takes part in influencing the group of people who have a common goal or target. As well, it’s contain the concern & important to achieving the goals and targets. From this point, having different models of leadership is essential, in order to deal with different situations, figure the strengths & weaknesses, and lead the people to achieve their common goal successfully. The situational leadership theory usually used for developing & training the leaders, as it’s easy to concept an idea or task, as well it’s easy to stratify. There are a set of strengths & weaknesses for situational theory, as follow:
Strengths Weaknesses
1- Practical.
2- Perspective.
3- Confirm the flexibility of the leader.
4- A well-known model in most of the firms. 1- Have no demographic variations.
2- Not completely addressed the issues.

Moving to the second model of leadership, complexity leadership theory as I mentioned above the 3 framework functions, will be discussed in the following table:
