Between the play, The Diary of Anne Frank and the movie there are a lot of similarities and differences. The similarities between the two is that they both had the same story line with world war ll. All of the characters have the same personality throughout except for Mr.Dussel. In the movie Meip found Anne's diary and gave it to Mr.Frank. In the play Miep finds Anne’s diary and gives it to Mr.Frank as well. In the play Anne brings her diary to the secret Annex. In the movie it show that Anne got her diary on her birthday before she had to go into hiding and also shows here bring the diary to the secret Annex. At the end of the play it shows Mr.Frank reading the diary that represents that he was the only one that survived the concentration
