and Myanmar is in the standard of living. Burma is still developing country and the U.S. is developed. In Burma, only 39% of the population gets the electricity and 45% of the populations are unemployed. And just a few families can buy cars and other luxuries. Poor families live in the houses those are made with bamboo or mud and rich families build their houses with brick or woods. Most families cannot effort three meals with meat. The third difference between Burma and the U.S. is in culture. Children learn “to venerate one's elders, to respect one's peers, and to be kind to the young and weak”. It is bad manner to sit with feet pointing at older and to touch someone’s head because we considered that head is the ‘highest’ part of the body and feet is the ‘lowest’. Burmese people believe that parents are wholly responsible for their children’s behavior. But saying “thank you” is not usual between friends and family. We always take off our shoes while entering homes, temple and pagoda. Education , standard of living and culture are three of differences that I know between Myanmar and the U.S. Culture will always be differ but standard of living and education could be equal after Burmese government and public’s together hard working. Anyway, I love my country and I'll help from any corner that I
