Police women are rewarded for their ability to create and maintain relationships and to accept family duties. Whereas, Policemen are more aggression, psychologists mean behavior intended to hurt. The greater taboos for female officers stem largely from one powerful focal concern credited to women, nurturing role. In varied settings or situations, this shapes the constraints and opportunities of women in crime activities. For example, women are less easy to anger. The more stressful a situation gets, the calmer we get. Violent is more likely to come to a male officer than a female officer. Remember, this is generalizing from a biological perspective. However, if you recognize some of these issues, it would be in best interest to capitalize on their strengths and provide training to their weaknesses. Remember, it is important to provide to fit the individual, rather than treat all officers the same. Such as, here may be difference requirements for smaller officers, be them male or female, due to sheer size. Expectations regarding physical appearance reinforce greater female dependency as well as greater shadowing by men.
