We first talked about Halloween and spirit week and how they are difference in each of our school. We also talked about what we dressed up for past Halloween. This helps me with professional development by giving me context for school wide atmosphere, showing me differences between large school and smaller school spirit. Next we talked about everyone past week (check in). I got to see how difference school have different cooperation style between administrators and classroom teachers (for small school like mine, it is less formal). We talked a little bit about WACS and how each of us prepared for it: for me, I was focusing on collecting data and students' work sample.
