With that in mind, we want you to have that opportunity as well, thus; I did speak to our manager and she suggested that we offer you the opportunity to have the test done. We can send you another kit and she suggested that you use postal service rather than Fed Ex as it is less expensive. We are willing to refund $20 to offset the cost of the postage for the regular postal cost.
