In our english class, we read a book called the outsiders. We also watched the movie, we were told to write down the differences between the book and the movie. There are many differences and also many things that are the same. First Difference in S.E. Hintons book the outsiders, Ponyboy has blondish reddish hair, in Francis Ford Coppola’s movie he has black hair. Also in the S.E. Hinton’s book they see johnny in the hospital three times, in the Francis Ford Coppola’s movie they only see him twice. Another difference between the book and the movie is that in Francis Ford Coppola’s movie johnny's folks fight a lot but in S.E. Hinton’s book they just don't like him or care about him so they let him do whatever he wants. Yet another difference
