Belle who opposes specific norms in society, is a role model for the writer since she is strong, open-minded and loving. There are people in her town like Gaston who try to make her ‘’normal’’ but Belle resists to these obstructions. Due to these obstructions she identify herself. For example, a marriage between two people who have same features is appreciated by society. As seen in the Beauty and the Beast, a marriage between two people who have differences is not ‘’normal’’ to the society yet Belle and the Beast overcomes obstructions with their love.
