The football that we see in the National Football League (NFL) is the same as the Canadian Football League (CFL), but with different teams and rules. In the NFL, a team has four chances to get a first down (getting the ball ten yards), but in the CFL they only get three chances. Not only is the amount of downs different, but so are the amount of players on the field. In the NFL, there are eleven players on the field, opposed to the CFL, where there are twelve! Have you ever watched football on t.v and wondered if the players on each team should get paid if you do not just set there and think about the time and hard work like training building muscle mass just to play for a professional football team, does it change your mind. I think the coaches and school should continue paying the players to play. One reason that pro football players should get paid is that they start in high school and play football in college then when draft day comes they hope and pray that they were good enough to get selected by the national football league to play for one of the teams. Then they train to build muscle and drop calories to meet the standards that the NFL wants them to meet in order to play. Then the players work on the of the position they play for example a wide receiver may work on foot work and catching, and a running back may work…

They continue to play during the forty-five minute halves with only a fifteen minute break at halftime. Americans do not care for this because do not have time to get a drink or anything without missing some of the game.…
