A pill vitamin is more synthetic because not all of its components are natural. while the vitamins found in food are pure because they were not made and processed ,they would still do the same as the other one . The both of theme are meant to be absorbed and used by the human body , is just that one of them is produced while the other one is not.
From all that i have researched i came to a conclusion that vitamins found in food are better to our health than the ones in a pill. The ones you find in food are natural ,and yes they do contain chemicals and fertilizer but if you wash them you was those alos. A vitamin is supposed to be something organic that your body takes in, and a pill has close to none of their ingredients being natural. Thats why i would prefer getting my vitamins out of my food
