Difference Between Walt Disney And Time Warner

Do you think it had more to do with the competition between the two companies? Both companies are known to approach the same markets? It is said on page 92, Walt Disney and Time Warner and are the fiercest competitors both in the products and markets that they serve since they tend to produce products that target a similar range of customers in identified markets. I also think it had to do with Time Warner’s increase in the sales of their products.
