Competition in much of human society in terms of human resources competition. No matter what kind of business organization, in order to win in the competition, we must strengthen the management of human resources. Traditional personnel management has been unable to meet the development needs of society now, and only now the establishment of human resource management, human resource management model innovation, to make the organization stand out in the development. In this paper, the traditional personnel management and human resource management are now comparing to explore better human resources management, in order to promote faster development of the society.

Traditional Personnel Management, the importance of education employees to comply with common rules and regulations to guide the staff common interest of the overall development of the organization, emphasis on staff uniform requirements, employees do not pay attention to the ideas and personality analysis to coercion unity of the implementation of the staff management. The current human resources management, the importance of education and guidance staff thought, attention to staff humane management, be able to implement people-oriented management thinking, its management more targeted, personalized and individualized, it is possible to solve the practical problems of employees , ideological problems as the starting point of human resource management, attention to help employees establish a correct outlook on life and values, can inspire staff motivation through incentives and the initiative and creativity. Now human resources management, pay more attention to ideological education of employees, rather than a mandatory requirement for sophisticated management staff, employees can target individual requirements using the corresponding guide strategy guide that every employee can be a good fried aspects of development, can break common, prominent personality, which is the traditional personnel management and human resource management is now the difference in management
